Marie Chabot

I was born in North Attleboro, MA, and spent my growing up years there. I started writing songs when I was 12. While attending college in western MA, I began performing in coffeehouses and restaurants in MA and RI. Eventually I moved to Nashville, where i worked as a background singer for other artists, and sang on demos for songwriters. In 2000, I moved back to MA, where I continue to live. I sing locally with the SOS bigband of RI, and I do some solo work. Still writing songs!
